Apply a thin layer of Hydrating Serum & Foundation Primer or use your favorite moisturizer. Blot with tissue if too much is on your skin. Use a brush (V1 or B1) for light to medium coverage and a sponge for heavier coverage. Swirl the powder onto lid, tap off any excess powder and in a circular motion and apply powder all over the face. Pay extra attention around the nose area, near the ears, hairline and blend thoroughly on jaw line and onto neck if necessary. If you feel there's too much on your skin, use the tissue again to blot and remove any excess powder.
