Return Policy

Returns & Exchanges Made Simple
You can return most new and unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

  • Items must be returned in new or unused condition and contain all original materials included with the shipment. All returned items will be inspected and awarded a partial refund if opened or used.

  • If the return is a result of our error, the full cost of the merchandise and ALL shipping charges will be refunded.

  • If the return is not a result of our error and your item is returned unopened within 30 days of delivery we will refund the full cost of the merchandise minus shipping charges.  If you received free shipping a $10 USD shipping fee will be deducted from your refund amount.  You are responsible for the shipping cost to return the item.

  • For items returned after 30 days, HairCuttersStore.com will grant a credit of up to 80% of the item’s value. Items returned after 60-days of receipt will not receive a credit.

  • Expect to receive the refund within two weeks from shipping your return to HairCuttersStore.com.  This includes conservative estimates of the time required for the return shipping, inspection at our returns facility, and processing from your bank or credit card company. We will notify you via email with the details of your refund. You will receive your refund via the form of payment that you used.

  • Due to California Health Laws, hair extensions and wigs cannot be returned if the package has been opened.
