Return Policy




Returning or exchanging an item through Haircuttersstore.com is fast and simple.

  • If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to accept a return for a full refund (excluding the shipping cost).  If you received free shipping with your order, the actual shipping cost is determined by the actual published USPS (or UPS) rate for your shipment.  We highly recommend shipping your order back using UPS, FedEx, DHL, or any carrier that provides online tracking information that confirm your return.

  • If you need to ship back a defective item or an item that you received in error, Haircuttersstore.com will gladly send you a shipping label so you won't have to pay to ship the item back.  Simply paste the label on the box and hand it to the driver.

  • You can return your item(s) up to 30 days from the date of purchase. Products must be un-used AND in the original box.  If the item you shipped back to us shows obvious signs of wear your return may be subject to a re-stocking fee of at least 20%.  Please do not return used items.

  • Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.  If you send your item to the manufacturer will not be able to issue a refund.
