Position Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic individual that is looking to expand his/her programming and web development skills. Work with a friendly team of skilled professionals driven for excellence in a growing company. This is a full-time position that will require close collaboration with our existing web development team.
Required Qualifications:
- Knowledge of, and working experience with web standards: PHP, MySQL, DHTML, CSS, XML, Smarty, and JavaScript
- Solid understanding of PHP libraries and classes, and object oriented programming
- Solid understanding of relations databases and database queries.
- Experience with the Linux operating system and Apache server
- Ability to provide cross-browser compatible web solutions
- Knowledge of basic encryption and writing secure PHP code

Position Summary:
As a Web/UI Designer you will be responsible for planning, conceptualizing and designing the overall site and functional user interface for new and current websites. You will collaborate with internal product teams and interface with each functional department within the organization. You will work with developers, functional groups and other designers to develop front-end web interfaces that achieve an exceptional user experience focused on the end-consumers ease of use through intuitive design.

Position Summary:
We are looking for a Web Marketing Manager, who will help improve our online conversion efforts through testing and search engine optimization. We want someone who has a great deal of experience and measured success in online marketing, specifically acquiring qualified customers and continually increasing customer lifetime value.
You will develop, implement and execute the online marketing strategies for our network of websites. You will be responsible for increasing our website traffic numbers, increasing newsletter opt-ins and increasing attendee registration. You will develop the strategy for, execute, manage the budget of, and measure the success of all SEO, PPC and other efforts.
The ideal candidate will have a strong working knowledge of search engine optimization, paid search marketing, email marketing, affiliate marketing and web site content development and presentation. You must possess solid web marketing and advertising experience, excellent writing and communication skills and a strong team player.
Reponsibilities Include:
- Develop, implement and track integrated marketing programs and campaigns (including online direct response, co-registration programs, paid search, affiliate and email marketing) designed to increase targeted traffic and conversions

- Detail-oriented, hard-working and able to work effectively with little guidance or day-to-day supervision.
- Minimum of 3 years "hands on" search marketing experience in both Pay Per Click and Organic Search Programs (Google, Yahoo, MSN)
- Significant understanding of online media technology, internet affiliate marketing, lead aggregation, organic search and paid search
